Genuine 2019 Gibson® USA BLACK CHROME 57 Classic NECK and '57+ Classic Plus BRIDGE vintage PAF humbucker pickup set with Quick Connects.
This pair of pickups are in like new, near mint condition with only a few random marks on the covers. The leads are 4 conductors with quick connects, which allows for split coil/coil tap and/or phasing. This pair comes with extremely rare black chrome covers, that only comes with a Gibson custom shop Dark Night Les Paul or a Blood Moon Les Paul. I like the way these look with all other hardware in nickel and with creme pickup rings. The photos do it no justice. They remind me of black stainless steel appliance color. I labeled the output readings on the backs of each pickup. If you always wanted something very unusual and in like new, near mint condition but didn't want to pay brand new prices, this pair is it. Comes with adjustment screws and springs.
The '57 Classics are one of Gibson's holy grail of pickups. I love these pickups on both my Les Paul and ES-335 guitars. The '57 Classic in the neck gave me a much warmer and smoother tone. The '57 Classic plus in the bridge adds just enough bite. So, these PAF '57 Classics are great in solid body, semi-hollow or fully hollow body guitars.
